	Skills & Services • Lucinda uses her 14 years of experience and “Health Detective” skills to unravel the source of your illness using iridology, tongue diagnosis, nail diagnosis and laboratory testing. • She puts together tailor-made wellbeing plans to include specialist diets, herbal remedies (she is a master herbalist and can dispense herbs from her clinic), nutritional supplements and detoxification regimes. • Lucinda is trained in Functional Diagnostic Medicine. Laboratory testing can be organised to identify allergies and food intolerances, nutritional status, heavy metals, viral titres, digestive health (to include gut bacteria, parasites, fungal/yeast infections and leaky gut), liver function, cardiovascular health, and hormone levels as well as mainstream blood chemistry testing. She provides a blood test interpretation service. • Specialist in: digestive health, long term fatigue, chronic infection, auto-immune support, blood sugar balancing, neurological health, poor sleep, stress, immunity, women’s hormonal health, optimum fertility, preconceptual care and all aspects of children’s health with over 10 years of paediatric experience. • She runs hands-on 1:1 and group workshops for those on specialist diets such as gluten-free, casein-free, sugar-free, candida diet, blood sugar balancing, GAPS, Specific Carbohydrate Diet and the Low Oxalate Diets as well as for those wanting to learn more about cooking highly nutritious food for themselves and their families. • She is an NLP coach for families affected by developmental, behavioural and learning difficulties to include Attention Deficit Disorder (with or without hyperactivity), Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia. She is a biomedical specialist for these conditions. • As a mother of three, Lucinda has formulated innovative solutions for encouraging babies and children get healthy and stay well. She has particular success in helping fussy eaters, poor sleepers, slow learners and “hard to raise” kids.
	About Lucinda In 1997 Lucinda swapped lifestyle from a desk-bound city career in banking to studying and then practicing naturopathic iridology and herbal medicine. She passionately believes in placing greater emphasis on the maintenance of good health through a combination of orthodox and complementary medicine and the importance of treating everyone as an individual with unique needs. She is a full member of the Guild of Naturopathic Iridologists and the British Herbal Medicine Association, Association of Master Herbalists, The Candida Society, Foresight Preconception and Treating Autism. She is insured through Balen’s. She has additional training with Functional Medicine University, Nutri Ltd, Genova Diagnostics, Nutri-Link, Foresight Pre-conception, Prime Performance Solutions, Andrew Hall Cutler and The Klinghardt Academy. She holds regular health talks and has written a number of magazine and newspaper articles.
